The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and is in the center of the city. The Haymarket train station is also within close proximity, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the hotel is within walking distance to popular sites, allowing for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Some guests mentioned that the toilet was located outside of their room, which could be a slight inconvenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B. The room I stayed in was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast choices were vast and delicious. The location was perfect, close to transportation and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Great value for money!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, not too far away from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. It was also within easy walking distance of Haymarket station, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room were great, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the view of the gardens at the back of the hotel, it was so peaceful. The breakfast options were fantastic too, with several choices of warm, freshly made plates. The cooked options were especially delicious, and I loved that they started serving breakfast at 7:30am.

Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless upon arrival and the rooms were cleaned daily. Location: It is conveniently located in the Haymarket area, close to Haymarket train station and very near to the city centre. It is also situated between Murrayfield and the city center. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, with cooked food freshly prepared. Staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially when I was unwell upon arrival. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and even brought fruit and Greek yoghurt to my room.
